CEB Advisory on Scheduled Downtime Aug 23, 7pm-Aug 24, 3am

Guests urged to manage bookings ahead

Our booking system will undergo a scheduled system downtime on August 23, 7pm to August 24, 3am (PHT). During this time, guests will not be able to book, manage flights or check in online.

Those with urgent travels or planned rebooking changes should book or manage their flights ahead of time.

Meanwhile, for those with flights departing during the scheduled system downtime, our teams are ready to conduct manual check-in at the airport.

We urge guests travelling from August 23, 7pm to August 24, 3am to check in online, in advance. Passengers must save their boarding pass on their mobile phone, for faster check-in at the airport.

Guests are highly encouraged to be at the airport at least four (4) hours before an international flight and three (3) hours before a domestic flight, to allow ample time for pre-departure procedures. Check-in counters will still close one (1) hour before the scheduled time of departure.
