Brand New fully furnished 2 storey Duplex House available for Transient or Long Term Rent at discounted rate.

It is an affordable place to stay for Buss. trips, family vacation, friends or groups getaway in Pampanga. It can accommodate up to 6 guests , It is located in Dau, Mabalacat Pampanga, just a 5mins. drive to Dau terminal .

Once you booked, it will be for the entire house.
Our place has the ff. amenities:

* WiFi ready under Converge Fiber/200mbps

BALANCE TO BE SETTLED UPON ARRIVAL

FOR CANCELLATION:
* Strictly NO REFUND for DOWNPAYMENTS. However, the guest can reschedule in our available date and should advice us at least a week before your preferred date.
* Rebooking will only be allowed once.
* No show is not subject for rebooking.

Our check in time is 2pm onwards
Check out time is 11am
* We strictly follow our check in and check out time. No extension or additional of hours for late check in. Cleaning and disinfection is needed for the next guests.
* If you wish to have an early check in or late check out, this can be considered upon availability and additional charges will be applied.
