Please take note also the difference between Cebu Pacific and other airlines. On the part of PAL, you can buy 32 kg checkin baggage and you’re allowed to pack your stuff in 1-3 luggages as long as the total weight of the 3 bags will not exceed 32kg. However in Cebu Pacific, if you want to bring stuff in 3 luggages, you need to buy also 3 sets of Kg and make sure to specify the weight per baggage. See example below.
