Josh prepared Purple rain and pink and pink while Ayllan prepared Margarita and Cosmopolitan. Their trainer is testing their knowledge through traditional means such as written exams, memorization of bar terminology, and familiarizing them with the setting onboard. We are also evaluating their ability to prepare actual drinks behind the bar!
