Moanhi ka sa Dumaguete? EYES HERE! 👀

Dumaguete City has further relaxed its travel requirements for fully vaccinated individuals who wish to enter the city, after it adopted the guidelines in the provincial Executive Order 43-2021.

Here are the new requirements for entry into Dumaguete City:

FOR FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS:
✅ Vaccination card
✅ Any government-issued valid ID
✅ A photocopy of both to be given to border control authorities upon arrival for contact tracing purposes.
FOR UNVACCINATED TRAVELERS:
✅ Any government-issued valid ID
✅ A NON-REACTIVE or NEGATIVE ANTIGEN test result valid for 48 hours after release of the result
✅ A photocopy of both, in one page, to give to border control authorities for contact tracing purposes.

The city government also noted that the S-PASS is NO LONGER REQUIRED for entry.

Boracay is NOW OPEN to tourists at hindi na kailangan ng swab test to travel to this world-class beach destination!

Yes GOkada, you read that right! Kapalit ng negative swab test result ay maaari nang i-present ang vaccination certificate or card when travelling to Caticlan (Boracay).

Kaya naman narito na ang latest updates on TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS specifically for those passengers FROM BATANGAS bound to CATICLAN (Boracay).

Kung hindi pa vaccinated ay dapat pa ring magprovide ng negative swab test result in replacement of the vaccination card.

Important notes on traveling minors:

1. Minors should be accompanied by a parent or guardian
2. 12 to 17 years old - same requirement as with regular passengers
3. Below 12 years old - RT-PCR test result or vaccination card is NOT REQUIRED in requesting for the QR Code via the Online Health Declaration Card at https://www.touristboracay.com.

ZAMBOANGA CITY LIFTS RT-PCR REQUIREMENT for inbound travelers who are FULLY VACCINATED effective November 16, 2021.

In lieu of the RT-PCR requirement, travelers shall present their vaccination card and S-Pass permit upon entry in any and all borders of the city.

However, fully vaccinated travelers coming in from areas with higher quarantine restrictions (Alert Level 4 and above) are required to present antigen test results secured from any DOH-accredited laboratory. Antigen test should be taken within 24 hours of travel.

Reckoning date for full vaccination is 14 days after the 2nd dose, for 2-dose vaccines and single-dose Janssen vaccine.

Non-fully vaccinated travelers are required to present negative RT-PCR test and S-Pass permit.

Chief Implementer, ZCDRRMO Dr. Elmeir Apolinario is directed to ensure strict compliance of the said LIATF resolution. Please be guided accordingly.

***SEC1.Land and Domestic Air/Sea Travel***

**All travelers entering Davao City by land and all arriving domestic travelers by sea and air shall no longer be required to present their 24-72hrs negative RT PCR test results.**

**No document shall be required for entry in Davao City, except for security checks that may be required for AFP/PNP Personnel, for the purposes of anti-crime , anti-illegal drugs and anti-terrorism operations.**

***SEC2.International Air Travel***

**All passengers by international air travel arriving in Davao City, including those international passengers arriving through connecting domestic flights, shall comply to the requirements and guidelines provided by the IATF**

**This will take effect from 12:01 of November 16, 2021 until January 15, 2022.**

💉📜Getting your Philippine Vaccination Certificate? Here’s a step by step process:

✔️Step 1: Visit www.vaxcert.doh.gov.ph

✔️Step 2: Before proceeding select “YES”if you’re travelling international or OFW fully vaccinated. Eventhough you’re not travelling abroad for now since this is still on a pilot launched for OFW.
After selecting YES, you will be asked of your Vaccination Status (Partially or Fully Vaccinated).
Then you will be asked by a “Yes or No” question if you’re vaccinated more than 48 hours ago in any of your doses. Then click next button.

✔️Step 3: Input your Personal Information and click next after.

✔️Step 4: Input your Vaccination Details - Location City/Municipality of your 1st/2nd Doses including the dates. Then click the green button below “Verify Vaccination Information”. It will lead you to verify your inputed account details. Click Continue.

✔️Step 5: Enter the 7 character verification exactly the same as shown. Then click OK.

✔️Step 6: It will lead you to Record Found Page. If your details are correct, click Generate Vaccination Certificate. If you wish to your details click Update Record to submit a request. Tick on if you intend to use certificate for travel purposes and input your Passport Number in the field.

✔️Step 7: Finally click the green button below “Generate Vaccination Certificate”

There you have it guys. You can now use this VaxCert as part of your Travel Requirements locally and abroad. Share this one, hope it helps.

Ming-aproba ang kadaghanan sa mga alkalde sa Bohol ang paggamit sa bakuna card isip pagpuli sa RT-PCR result basta fully vaccinated ang musulod sa probinsya.

Mingpadayag si BIATF spokesperson ug PHO head Dr. Yul Lopez nga ang tinood full vaccination card gikinanghanglan isip requirement puli sa negative RT-PCR test result

Apan ming klaro si Lopez nga kadtong gustong musulod sa Bohol nga wala mabakunahi, kinahanglan magpakita ug negative RT-PCR test result.

Walay alkalde ang ming kontra sa maong gi-propose nga bag-ong protocol nga gipadayag diha sa consultative BIATF meeting kauban ang medical sector ganinang buntag.
