Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in(OLONGAPO CITY).
Qualifications
Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Ability to provide excellent customer experience and satisfaction
Ability to manage and resolve customers' complaints and concerns
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attentiveness, empathy, and patience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in using CRM and knowledge of call center operations is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus
