REQUIREMENTS FOR EMPLOYERS` ACCREDITATION WITH POEA/DOLE
To allow Foreign Employers in hiring Filipino Workers for overseas jobs, the following documentations are required for Employer's accreditation/registration with Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) and Department Of Labor and Employment (DOLE) through DAVIS INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY. The documentations MUST be verified and attested by the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate of the Foreign Employer`s country.
1) A copy of Business Registration/Commercial Registration of the Foreign Employer
2) Master Employment Contract between Foreign Employer and Davis International
Recruitment Agency
3) Job Order (Manpower Request)
4) Special Power of Attorney

Medical examination arrangement with POEA Accredited Medical Clinics & Laboratories
Documentations support arrangements and mandatory requirements for departure;
- Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) through POEA
- Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) through OWWA
Visa Filing at the Employer's respective Embassy in Manila, Philippines
Airline booking for successful candidates to be deployed or Employer's Passenger Ticket Advice (PTA) pick-up at the corresponding Airline in Manila, Philippines
Company's (DIRA) Pre-Departure Orientation for Workers to be deployed with their families
