Been receiving complaints regarding sa page na M&M travel and tour din but different logo,dont know if ginagaya or nagkataon lang na same name page namin pero madami2 natung na scam at sa akin nag cchat asking if we are connected,Felt sorry sa lahat ng na scam but i dont have any connection dito sa scammer natu.Mag ingat po tayung lahat sa nakakausap natin online lalo na kong too good to be true ung offer na price ng ticket.

Lahat tayo gusto talaga makatipd. Paano nga ba natin malalaman na scammer Ang nakausap natin ?

1. Kapag nag inquire kayo tapos subrang baba ng presyo compare sa ibang agency, mag duda po kayo.
2. Walang maipakitang legalities.
3. Check nyo ang page reviews
4. Check nyo din mga post if Merong mga angry 😡 reactions mag duda kayo. Kasi ang bad comments deleted po Nila Yan.
5. Check nyo kung Kelan lang ginawa ang page.
6. Kadalasan mode of payment Nila GCASH only ! I offered gcash kasi very convenient Marjorie name ng gcash ko same name ng nsa page ko and my personal fb account.

Suspension of Operations in Dipolog Airport
As of October 23, 2023; 7:00 PM

Cebu Pacific (CEB) advises its passengers that it will suspend operations in Dipolog Airport on October 25, 2023 due to runway surface damage. As safety is of paramount concern, operations will remain suspended until we receive verification that the runway is safe for landing and take-off.

The following flights on October 25, 2023 are cancelled:

5J 703/704: Manila – Dipolog – Manila
5J 705/706: Manila – Dipolog – Manila
DG 6603/6604: Cebu – Dipolog – Cebu
CEB is mounting recovery flights to Pagadian which affected passengers may take. The following options have also been provided which they can avail through the Manage Booking portal on the CEB website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking up to two hours before their scheduled time of departure:

1. Flight Rebooking / Rerouting

Rebook or reroute to any flight bound for Pagadian or Ozamiz. Should the travel period extend beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date, a fare difference may be applied.

2. Travel Fund

Store the full amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

Full refund of your ticket.

For customers with existing bookings to and from Dipolog beyond October 25, we will provide an update once a thorough assessment of the runway has been completed. We thank our passengers for their patience and understanding.
