As of October 25, fourteen (14) domestic destinations have gradually eased up their borders and have simplified the travel requirements for every Juan.

Bohol, Cebu City, Mandaue City and Roxas along with Bacolod, Butuan, Guimaras, Iloilo City, Maguindanao Province, Negros Occidental, and Tacloban now accepts vaccination cards in lieu of the swab tests.

While Cagayan de Oro, Cebu Province, and Pagadian City require other travel documents such as SPass, medical certificate, or valid government ID, among others.

Travelers are strongly urged to always check with the LGU of their destination for the latest updates. CEB will always comply to the health protocols set by the government.

Please be informed that effective February 24, 2021, aside from foreign nationals, all passengers arriving to South Korea 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 will also be required to present a PCR-negative certificate upon check-in. The certificate must be issued within 72 hours (3 days) prior to the departure, and must indicate that the holder of the certificate tested negative for COVID-19 on a Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)/Swab Test.

- All passengers transferring/transiting from the airport are exempted from submitting PCR Negative.

*Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.

This is a precautionary measure put into place by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases in preventing the entry of second COVID-19 strain which was recently detected. ALL airport passengers MUST download and register an account in the TRAZE Contact Tracing App beginning 28 November 2020, prior entering the airport.

How to register? Just these simple steps:

• Download the TRAZE App from your mobile store and install it on your phone
• Open the app and click the “Register” button below. Register as “Individual.”
• Just follow the instructions indicated in the app and input the needed information
• Activate your account

Meanwhile, for passengers who do not have mobile phones or any other mobile gadget, they may go to the Malasakit Helpdesk at the airport where they will be provided assistance in getting a unique QR code. Or, they may likewise ask a family member to register them with the app.

The QR code can be used at any DOTr Office nationwide.

TRAZE, a nationwide and unified contact tracing app is co-developed by the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) and Cosmotech Philippines, Inc., which enables the government’s contact tracing efforts to be strengthened and be more efficient.

With TRAZE, the contact tracing process can now be done in just a few minutes, unlike the usual and manual process. Answer: Pumunta kayo sa barangay hall ninyo at bibigyan kayo ng Barangay Certificate para endorsement sa City Health Office for medical examination.
