📍RATE PER NIGHT(2 pax)
-P2,999 per night if 1 to 2 days stay (2 pax)
-P2,499 per night minimum of 3 to 7 days (2 pax)
Additional P500 per night for the extra pax.

📍ADDITIONAL FEES:
Security deposit(100% refundable upon check out)
-P2,000 for 1 night stay
-additional P1,000 per night, from 2days onwards.

📍TERMS & CONDITIONS:
-Please bring 1 to 2 Gov't IDs & Vaccination card.
-Unit can accommodate a maximum of 3 pax only.
-No visitors/unauthorized visitors allowed.
-Security deposit is 100% refundable upon check out, for as long as there is no any damage/s made, inside the unit.
-Downpayment is NOT refundable.
-No show, the full deposit will be forfeited.
-RESCHEDULE is only allowed (7) days prior to the target date.
-Any cancellation requests will lead to forfeiture of your 50% DP.
-In case of emergency, rescheduling is allowed but kindly inform the management & provide necessary proofs like a medical certificate for support to be sent via email.
