Welcome to our S Residence Condo-Home. It's a PREMIER development by SMDC in the MOA Complex. It is in the middle of the Mall Of Asia and Entertainment City. There is a grocery store and many restaurants on the ground floor. It has a great pool, indoor and outdoor lounging areas. It is within walking distance to MOA Arena, MOA Concert Grounds and Bay Area. We pride ourselves with cleanliness. It is perfect for leisure, business trips or staycation.

Welcome to our CLEAN AND COZY condo- home in Green Residences in Taft Avenue 😊 VERY AFFORDABLE!!! VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY!!!

We have been hosting in AIRBNB for a long time and have been granted the SUPER HOST status on numerous occasions and this is one of our units. We call it the PALAWAN CONDO-HOME as the owner is a proud Palawena. It has the island vibe but with an amazing city view that will make you feel relaxed and at home. It's the perfect staycation place for you to relax and recharge.

Green Residences is located at 1141 Taft Avenue right next to dela Salle University Taft. It is within walking distance ( 3-5 minutes) to the Quirino MRT Station and the Vito Cruz MRT Station. There is a grocery store on the ground floor plus numerous restaurants and cafes so it is very very convenient.. There is also a Jollibee across the street. It is near many government offices and Universities in Manila and just a 10-minute car ride to huge Robinson's Place Mall. It is also very easy to get to the airport.
