The Mactan Cebu International Airport has resumed partial operations but flights to and from Cebu will be limited from 5am to 5pm.

Affected passengers have been informed and provided with the following options through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website bit.ly/CEBmanageflight :

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for six (6) months and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

3. Refund

The process may take up to two (2) months from the date of request.

Other services will operate as planned but please expect that some delays or schedule changes may happen as a result of limited operations.

We urge passengers travelling to and from Cebu to avoid going to the airport unless they have confirmed flights. For those who are travelling up to October 28 and who wish to voluntarily postpone

their flights, they may avail of Cebu Pacific's flexible options which include free rebooking and travel fund, up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

Cebu Pacific is currently engaging with the authorities and will provide updates, as necessary.

For passengers to the Philippines, a new electronic ARRIVAL CARD (“eARRIVAL CARD”) has officially replaced the One Health Pass (OHP) as an entry requirement for arrival in the Philippines.

The new eARRIVAL CARD is easier to fill out and requires less information, in line with a decision by Philippine health authorities to simplify the arrival process.

Passengers are encouraged to fill out the eARRIVAL CARD within 72 hours prior to departure from your origin country. In the event that passengers are unable to do so, personnel from the Philippine Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) and airport staff will assist you in completing and uploading the eARRIVAL CARD upon your arrival in the Philippines.
