Artiya’s Private Pool would like to release a statement that we are not involved with ‘Forth Mansion’ and ‘The Guerrero Mansion’. This fraud resort face book page tricked their victims by their ‘video tour’. At first, we don’t understand how they do this trick. We already investigated on our part and we have different staff now but this video tour that they do to their victims is still ongoing. There are multiple times that our resort is fully decorated and occupied but still victims would report to us that they had video tour on the same day and same time showing the resort is empty.

We were enlightened when one of the victims sent us a full recorded video tour with the scammer. It is the same video that we sent ‘Kath’ (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100068670620369&mibextid=ZbWKwL) last April 2022. This ‘Kath’ pretended to be interested in booking for 3 nights last year that’s why we send a lengthy 4 minute video in which the scammer inserts during video calls. Video calls in messenger can insert or share saved videos while video call is ongoing, this is how Forth Mansion or The Guerrero Mansion tricked their victims.

We already reported Forth Mansion / The Guerrero Mansion to Cyber Crime Unit, Camp Olivas, City of San Fernando Pampanga. We encourage all the victims to report your incident to the nearest Cyber Crime Unit in your province, so multiple police station will take action. Please report their bank accounts to the bank’s customer service for suspension.
