LOOK: The list of hotels in Metro Manila issued with a Certificate of Authority for Staycation.

Staycations shall be allowed at 100 percent operational capacity under Alert Level 3 from October 16 to 31, 2021.

Under the amended guidelines, only DOT-accredited staycation hotels with Safety Seal certification will be allowed to accommodate staycation guests.

Individuals of all ages may check in for staycation. However, to ensure safety of all guests, only fully vaccinated guests shall be allowed to book their stay. Unvaccinated guests are required to present the results of a negative RT-PCR test taken not more than 48 hours before check-in.

Travelers from Metro Manila can avail of the DOT-TPB RT-PCR test discount of P750 from the Philippine Children's Medical Center (PCMC) thru the Tourism Promotions Board Philippines by visiting www.tpb.gov.ph/rtpcrphtravel-application.

Pinayagan ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) ang point-to-point travel para sa mga residenteng manggagaling sa NCR Plus bilang parte ng pagbubukas ng turismo, ayon sa Department of Tourism.

Pinayagan ng gobyerno point-to-point travel mula NCR Plus, kung saan ang byahe mula sa isang lugar papunta sa ibang lugar ay walang stopovers o paggamit ng ibang ruta. May dalawang uri ang point-to-pint: direct point-to-point at point-to-point with short transfers.

Ipinaliwanag ni Tourism Secretary Bernadette Romulo-Puyat na sa direct point-to-point, kinakailangan ng mga byahero mula NCR Plus bubble na mag-book ng roundtrip-chartered flights sa airport na nasa loob ng bubble at hotel o accommodation establishment na paglalagian ng byahero.

Samantala, ang mga nais naman bumyahe ng point-to-point travel with short transfers ay kakailanganin pa rin na mag-book ng chartered flight, at sumunod sa ilang kautusan: paggamit ng private transfer by land or water na pagmamay-ari ng byahero, o maaaring kumuha ng transfer service mula sa accommodation establishment na paglalagian.

“[The tourist who will choose point-to-point travel with short transfers] would be obliged that the transfer shall not involve the guests going through a public transport hub or co-mingling with travelers who are not guests of the accommodation establishment” pahayag ng DOT.

CEB Advisory: Flight cancellations following IATF Reso 104 – March 25 to April 04, 2021
As of 7:00pm, March 23, 2021

Due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in Metro Manila and adjacent provinces, the Philippine government has implemented stricter guidelines in areas belonging to “NCR Plus” until April 04, 2021. During this period, only essential travel is allowed in and out of Metro Manila.

Following this resolution, Cebu Pacific and Cebgo will be cancelling a number of domestic flights beginning tomorrow, March 25 to April 04, 2021.

Affected guests may conveniently choose their preferred option (Rebook, 2-year Travel Fund or Refund) online, through (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) until 30 days from date of departure. CEB permanently removed Change Fees earlier this month.
