Butterfly Garden Subic was designed and built specifically to showcase the life cycle and free flight of tropical butterflies,moths and other insects. Within the 2.8 hectares area you can find the Entomological Trail comprising of a dome, three pyramid cages and picnic area. The dome displays butterfly pupae showing daily hatchings of butterflies, leaf insects and walking sticks. It also provides

various information about butterflies and other related insects. The first two pyramids contain Larval breedings with caterpilars on different stages and their particular host plants. Here the visitors can witness and enjoy numerous butterflies flying, where courtship, mating and egg-laying can be observed. Along the trail is the Nocturama where night insects are displayed in their natural behavior. Within the Garden is a spacious Picnic Area for guests who can stay and can take lunch during their visits at the Butterfly Garden. Additional attraction is the Jungle Demo on how to find water and make fire out of bamboo. This is an educational tour where students can learn about the importance of butterflies and how to survive in the forest. We offer the following services
