-Report of marriage in the Philippines if you get married in other country. -👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️

Here are the Requirements you need to provide:

1. Notarized and duly signed with fresh/wet signature original copies of Report of Marriage forms
2. Copies of Foreign Marriage Certificate authenticated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
3. Copies of the spouses' passports valid at the time of marriage
4. Copies of the spouses' birth certificates( with PSA QR code)
5. Copies of PSA issued Negative Certification of Marriage (with PSA QR code)
6. Copies of Husband's Foreign Divorce Decree
7. Copies of the spouses' current/valid passports
8. Five pcs. passport size photos of the spouses

After you complete all the documents you have to send an email to the Civil Registry Division Office of Consular Affairs. To get an appointment they will send you an email, and you can choose which DFA are available in your place or city.

Report of Marriage Fee: 1,390 Pesos.
Appointment Date: January 05, 2024
Transmittal Date: March 15, 2024

Email will be send to you and they will give a Tracker Id, but it's not accurate so you have to send them email after a month or 2 months to verify it. Based on our experience our Report of Marriage has been registered and transmitted to the Philippines Statistic Authority month of March 15, 2024.
