CLIENT : Sir, magkano Manila to Palawan?

ME : Php 1,399 po Sir.

CLIENT : Ay, sige Sir mahal ka ng 300!

ME : Sir, yan po kasi price rate sa portal namin.

CLIENT : (Nagpabook sa iba kasi mura ng 300) Kinabukasan nag-pm ulit sa akin.

CLIENT : Sir, pa'no po pag cancel ang flights? Na-kansel kasi sa akin...

ME : Oops, nagpabook na po pala kayo Sir? Tanong mo po don sa nag-book sa inyo para ma-assist ka nila.

CLIENT : Tinanong ko na po Sir, pero ang sabi tawagan ko daw direct si Cebu Pacific. Bakit po ganon? Eh, sa inyong mga post kayo ng nag-assist ng mga Cients nyo para ma-settle yong flight changes.

ME : Ah, yan po talaga ang kaibahan namin na may 300 pesos SERVICE CHARGE Sir. Sabi mo kasi sa akin mas mahal pero sa ganitong sitwasyon makakaasa ka na may mag-aasist sa'yo. Hindi kita iiwan hanggang sa makarating ka sa'yong destinasyon. Ngayon, dahil sa mura ka po nagpa-book ikaw ang tatawag sa airline at pipila ka po doon kung kailan ka nila ma-accommodate. Goodluck po sa'yo Sir. Sana di ka abutan ng flight mo at ma-accommodate ka kaagad ng airlines.

CLIENT : Sir sorry po. Baka pwede nyo akong tulungan, emergency po talaga kasi.

ME : Pasensiya na Sir, gusto man kitang tulungan pero hindi po talaga pwede. Kasi hindi galing sa amin ang booking transaction mo. Ang may power lang po dyan ay ang nagbook po sa inyo, dapat alam nya po yan. 😊

MORAL LESSON: Huwag puro murang presyo lagi ang titingnan o hahanapin! Tingnan mo rin ang QUALITY OF SERVICE. Sa panahon ngayon halos lahat ng mga airlines may flight changes and restriction bawat lugar na puntahan nyo. Ang hanapin mo yung AGENT na makakatulong sayo at sasamahan ka hanggang sa makarating ka ng maayos sa lugar na pupuntahan mo, hindi yung after mo nag-bayad wala ng pake sayo.

A notice came from the MIAA, which said it would close the Philippine airspace on May 17 from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. to replace the UPS system that had failed in January. As a result, all domestic and international airline firms are currently modifying or readjusting their flight itineraries to minimize inconvenience to the passengers.
