‼️ Story Time: I want to extend a heartfelt appreciation to a remarkable guest. Despite facing a delay in her check-in due to the aftermath of a messy group, she showed patience, consideration, and thoughtfulness.

It was disheartening to encounter guests who not only neglected our unit but also failed to disclose damages, like the broken glass. Despite the stress of this being my first challenging experience as an Airbnb host, I chose to refund the previous guests' deposit entirely.

However, encountering this guest restored my faith and brought joy back into my hosting journey. The care with which she left the unit speaks volumes about her character and respect for others' property.

In moments of adversity, it's these acts of kindness and understanding that remind us why hospitality is such a rewarding endeavor. They inspire us to continue providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. ☁️
