Answer: Yes my unit is equipped with smartlock so that you can check-in anytime as long as you are a pre-registered guest.

Check Out: 1 PM

How will you check-in?
Pre-Registered: Log-in to the lobby, leave an ID. Go to the unit and enter the door passcode, I generated for your stay.

Not Pre-Registered - My Co-Host Ms. Juliebeth “JB”will welcome you to bring you to the unit.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL GUESTS by SMDC Admin Rules
- Soft Copy of 1 valid government ID (Must be submitted ASAP after booking)
- Only Registered Guest with submitted ID are allowed to enter the premises.
- Visitors not allowed.

NOTE: On the day of check-in a hardcopy of your ID will be requested in the reception and you can claim back when you check-out. This is aside to the soft copy you provided after the booking.

Shore Residences Condominium is just 10 minutes walk from SM Mall of Asia, a luxurious, top of the line condo developed by SMDC.

My unit Shore 14!WorknPlay as I named it, is located in 14F Tower D. This is loaded with amenities to either do Work or Play. It has a highspeed internet boost up to max which can accommodate Work fr Home set up with 24 inch LED monitor for your dual screen, a keyboard and mouse. It has a 43” inch SMART Led TV with Netflix account signed-in and Skycable.
