Public Service Announcement!!!

With the Japan Embassy temporarily suspending acceptance of Tourist Visa applications, it is really best to apply early for the visas of the countries you plan to travel to.

When is best possible time that I could apply for a tourist visa before my travel date?

USA - 1 year before travel
Japan - 3 months before travel
South Korea - 3 months before travel
UK - 3 months before travel
Australia - 6 months before travel
Canada - 6 months before travel
Schengen - 6 months before travel
China - 3 months before travel

When is the ideal possible time that I should apply for a tourist visa?

USA - 6 months before travel
Japan - 2 months before travel
South Korea - 2 months before travel
UK - 2 months before travel
Australia - 3 months before travel
Canada - 3 months before travel
Schengen - 3 months before travel
China - 2 months before travel

Visas submitted later than the ideal possible time are at risk of reaching cut-off. Passports might be released after your travel date.

US Tourist Visa applicants aged 0 to 13 years old could be EXEMPTED from in-person INTERVIEW and would not need to appear at the US Embassy.

To qualify for interview exemption, either or both parents of the applicant must have a valid B1/B2 visa, and the applicant must be physically present in the Philippines at the time of the application.

One of our successful child applicants received their passport with a 10-year validity B1/B2 US Visa in 5 working days after submission to the US Embassy of the requirements.

Filipinos who are holders of e-Philippine Passports can now use E-Gates at the arrival areas in NAIA Terminals 1, 2 and 3, Francisco Bangoy International Airport (Davao), Mactan-Cebu International Airport and Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (Clark).

The Bureau of Immigration aims to ease decongestion of arriving passengers by the use of E-gates with 10-15 seconds processing.

Taiwan Visa Free Entry for Pinoys starting 01Nov2017!

Provided the ff requirements:

-Your passport must have at least 6 months validity.
-A return ticket or onward ticket (to your next destination and a visa for that destination)
-A proof of accommodation. It may be hotel booking or host’s contact information or tour arrangements
-You must have no criminal record in Taiwan.
-Your trip is no longer than 14 days.

Filipinos will be granted visa-free entry to Taiwan starting Nov. 1, the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in the Philippines announced yesterday.
