Flexible Options for Passengers Affected by Airport Navigation Technical Issue

January 1, 2023, 6:30PM

Cebu Pacific is currently restoring its operations after a technical glitch in the Air Traffic Management System of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).

The system has been partially restored as of 4pm but only very limited flight operations are allowed.

CEB is currently coordinating with aviation authorities and is undertaking necessary steps to restore flight schedules. We are currently reviewing the impact on our crew, aircraft, and scheduled flights in the succeeding days.

We discourage passengers from going to the airport and advise them to monitor their flight status online.
