👾HOUSE RULES👾

•No Smoking.

•Before leaving, Please put everything back the way how you saw it upon checking in.

•The Arcade only accepts 1 peso coin, please don’t put ten, twenty , 25 cents , tokens, or 5 peso coins. Penalty of 1,000 pesos for damaged coin slot.

•After Playing with the Board / Card Games , kindly put them back properly and where you got them .

•Please handle and use everything with care.

•Don’t leave any dirty dishes . Please dry them and put them back in the cabinet, or leave it in the drying rack if it’s still wet.

•Empty out the trash bins : in the room, toilet area , and under the kitchen sink . Gather all the trash bags and dispose them outside (at the end of the hallway) the exit door at the garbage room.

•Please do not touch or play with the toys on the shelves as they are our personal collections and only for display. We trusted you to stay in our humble Pod ,please abide by the rules.

•Any damaged / lost items will be charged thrice the price.

•Cleaning fee of 800-2,500 will be charged if you leave the room messy / with vomit on the carpet /stains on the bed sheets/pillowcase/untidy trash bins and dishes, etc.
