The Eastwood Tower One offers a promising set of amenities to address the needs of everyone. You will get a motivation to live a healthy and an active lifestyle as One Eastwood Avenue provides sufficient amenities for such activities. On the 7th floor can be found a modern and fully equipped
gym wherein residents can work out on one of the treadmills, trampoline, stationary bikes, or lift weights. The gym is also equipped with mounted LCD screens so gym-goers can watch any TV program while doing workouts. It also features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide a magnificent view of the City Walk 1 and Central Plaza. Aside from the gym, there is also a yoga and pilates room. Up to the roof deck can be found two air-conditioned badminton courts, which can also be used as function areas for parties and events.

The tower also features sky gardens at the 18th, 28th, and 38th floors. These are beautifully landscaped and each garden offers a spectacular view of the city landscape while lounging on cozy sitting areas. Each garden is three
stories high and 73 square meters in size.
