REMINDER TO ALL TRAVELLER'S:
(Please make a reading habit)
HOW TO AVOID GETTING OFFLOADED, IMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTS & TIPS.
TRAVELING IN A GROUP
• ROUND TRIP AIRFARE
• HOTEL VOUCHER (with specified date and address of the hotel)
• ITINERARY OF TRAVEL
• COMPANY ID or COE (if employed) ; BUSINESS PERMIT (if self employed)
• PROOF OF INCOME (ITR, bank statement, bank account, credit card, etc.)
TRAVELING WITH MINOR OR CHILD
• ROUND TRIP AIRFARE
• HOTEL VOUCHER (with specified date and address of the hotel)
• ITINERARY OF TRAVEL
• COMPANY ID or COE (if employed) ; BUSINESS PERMIT (if self employed)
• PROOF OF INCOME (ITR, bank statement, bank account, credit card, etc.)
• BIRTH CERTIFICATE OF THE CHILD (indicate your relationship)
TRAVELERS WITH NO FINANCIAL CAPABILITY
• People who can’t financially support the trip themselves should have the following documents handy:
• Authenticated affidavit of support indicating the relationship within the 4th civil degree of consanguinity or affinity, together with the supporting documents.
• An affidavit of undertaking/ guaranty.
AUTOMATIC SECOND INSPECTION
Please note that if you belong to any of the following, you will be automatically subjected to a secondary inspection:
• Travelers without financial capacity to travel escorted/accompanied by a foreigner who is not related;
• Minor traveling alone or unaccompanied by either parent or legal guardian without the required travel clearance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)
• Repatriated irregular workers, in which case, travel may not be allowed without the clearance from the IACAT (generate data);
• Partners and spouses of foreign nationals intending to depart to meet and/or marry his/her fiance without the CFO Guidance and Counseling Certificate
• Passengers traveling to countries with existing deployment bans, alert levels and travel advisories and those in possession of a visas to the said countries
• Passengers who stayed abroad for more than one (1) year during a previous departure from the country as a tourist/temporary visitor, intending to depart for the second and/or subsequent time.
REMINDERS:
1. Passport must at least be 6 mos valid from the date of departure.
2. Be at the airport at least 3 hours before your ETD.
3. If government employee, secure your travel authority, duly signed by your immediate supervisor.
4. Don’t forget to print your ticket , voucher and group visa.
5. Minors travelling with 1 (one) parent no need for DSWD Clearance. However, for minors travelling with an adult other than their parents (e.g. aunt, uncle, grandparents and others), a DSWD Clearance is required.
6. Bring at least 2 IDs, immigration might ask for it.
7. For dual passport holder please bring your necessary documents.
8. For foreign passport holder please bring your onward ticket.

2. What is your Hotel address abroad? Where will you be staying? They sometimes ask to see a copy of your hotel reservation. If you’re staying at a friend’s, they sometimes dig deeper. Better prepare your friends details(name, address and phone #).
3. What company do you work for? In other words, do you have a job?
Who will you be visiting?
4. How long will you be staying?
5. How much money are you bringing?
