From Pagiging Pari to Scammer Realquick! 😡

Nasirang bidet (na dapat palitan mo dahil binayaran ka ng guest)

BEWARE of this person LEERAM FRANCISCO! Ibibida nya ang pagiging pari nya, kukunin ang loob mo, magpapaawa gamit ang pamilya nya na "inabanduna" kuno sya para maawa ka sa kanya.

June 17, nag apply sya samin bilang unit cleaner saktong sakto na sobrang kailangan na naming makakuha ng tao para maglinis at mag assist sa guest dahil sunod sunod na ang bookings. Ininterview namin sya that night and hinire din agad dahil bukod sa pagiging pari nya "kuno" at mukha namang mabait plus thing is same tower kami, sa mismong tower 16 (8th floor) din sya naka bedspace.

Day by day natutuwa kami dahil sobrang daming magandang reviews about sa kanya ng mga nagiging guest namin hanggang sa pinagkatiwalaan namin sya ng buo. So, ang nangyari mula June 27 onwards eh sa kanya na namin pinapabigay yung mga balances ng guest worth (2,000-5000) depende sa number of pax. Umabot ng 14k ang pera na hawak nya plus binigyan ko sya ng 2k para pambayad sa monthly dues. Nanghihiram pa sya that time ng 11k sakin pero hindi ko sya pinahiram hanggang sa nagmakaawa sya pero 2k lang ang kinaya kong ipahiram dahil palalayasin na dw sya sa tinitirhan nya. Hanggang pag visit ko ng condo pinatawag ko sya para kunin yung pera at hingin ang resibo para sa monthly dues na ponabayaran ko sa kanya hanggang sa sinabi nya na nagastos nya 😭 Pinambayad sa rent nya sa condo at pinangenroll nya daw yung total of 18k na pera 😖Sobrang nanlumo ako sa mga narinig ko na BAKIT MO GAGASTUSIN AT IPANG EENROLL YUNG PERA NA HINDI NAMAN SAYO!? Sobrabg nakakastress yung ginawa nya samin pero nagreklamo ba kami sa pulis? Hindiii, binigyan kapa namin ng 2nd chance dahil nagmakaawa ka at sabi mo na babayaran mo ng paunti unti yung pera na nagastos mo sa sasagurin mo samin, wala kaming choice kundi tanggapin ulit sya dahil hirap na hirap kaming humanap ng unit cleaner that time tapos fully booked pa kami ng month ng July.

Hanggang sa nangyari na lahat lahat ng nangyari July 23 may nag review samin na hindi daw nalilinisan ng maayos yung condo at may mga extra charges na sinisingil si leeram ng hindi namin alam. Hanggang sa nag invistigate kami, chinat namin halos lahat ng guest namin para makumusta kung may mga reklamo ba sila about kay Leeram. At don namin nalaman na kaya pala nandito sya sa Manila dahil nagtatago dahil may iniscam syang resort sa Ilocos. Na tinakbuhan nya pagtapos ng event. Nalaman din namin na nasira ng guest yung bidet namin at siningil nya (not sure kung magkano) yung vaccum na sinira mo hindi mo na din pinalitan, yung mga laundry na ngayon lang namin nakuha worth 1.1k dahil naipon at di mo binayaran, yung pagbebenta mo sa guest ng overpriced pool ticket. Pati ibang mga bedsheet tinangay mo 😭😡

Sobrang tiwala kami dahil nagpapari ka at mukhang di gagawa ng di masama dahil may takot sa Diyos. Ayun pala ginawa nyang rason ang Diyos para makapangloko ng tao. Please lang leeram, alam kong mababasa mo to, makatulog ka sana ng mahimbing sa gabi gayong napakarami mong nilolokong tao. Nareport na kita sa admin ng Trees, hindi kana makakapasok pa don. Alam kong hindi mo na ibabalik yung pera na iniscam mo pero sana lumaban ka ng patas. Madaming taong lumalaban ng patas, kaya sana ganon ka din.
