JUST IN: Effective Feb 1, fully vaccinated passengers will be required to present negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hrs prior to departure from country of origin, and they will no longer be required to undergo facility quarantine.

Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated travelers would be required to undergo facility-based quarantine until the release of their negative RT-PCR test taken on the 5th day.

Bukas na para sa Inbound travels ang Probinsya sang Capiz gikan sa mga areas nga napaidalum sa General Community Quarantine kag ang yara sa Alert Level IV paubos. Ini matapos gin-aprubahan sang Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases ang implementasyon sang Resolution 136-F nga nagabutang sa National Capital Region sa GCQ with Alert Level Systems.

May kaangtanan sini, magarequire gihapon sang negative RT-PCR result, 72hrs bag-o ang travel kag Travel Coordination Permit nga gin-isyu sang S-PaSS sa mga magabiyahe magluwas sa mga officials kag empleyado sang National Government Agencies. Ini ang sandig man sa Section 3 kag Section 5 sang Executive Order no. 9 sang Gobyerno Probinsyal sang Capiz.

Maayong adlaw sa tanan mga pinalangga namon nga mga clients nga padayon ga suporta sa Pack & Go Travel and Tours.

Regarding sa mga bali-balita nga pwede na kapauli nga wala sang negative rtpcr test result kung vaccinated na, take note po na hindi pa implemented as per checking with the Governor Contreras' Kabalaka page kay gahulat pa ini sang resolution from RIATF.

Kung luyag ninyo po nga maka update kamo regarding sini nga inug implementar nga layi, palihog lang po follow sang page sang Kabalaka kay for sure ma post man po sila kag mapost man kami kung yara na ang memo.

Effective March 15, 2021, Philippine Airlines will have full passenger flights once every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, while Cebu Pacific will also have once every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Meanwhile, AirAsia will start its commercial flights on April 25, 2021 and will have two flights every week specifically Wednesday and Sunday.

Answers to Frequently Asked Questions on Executive Order no. 9, 2021:

1. What are the requirements for entering Capiz?
If you are outside Region VI, you will need the following:
A. Negative RT-PCR result taken not later than 72 hours or 3 days from date of travel
B. Registration with SPaSS (www.s-pass.ph) and issuance of Travel Coordination Permit

2. Do I still need a travel Authority?
No. IATF resolution no. 101 does not allow the requirements of a Travel Authority and Medical Clearance Certificate for travel. Also, Joint Task Force Covid Shield no longer exists, therefore, no one can issue a travel Authority anymore.
The Travel Coordination Permit takes the place of the travel authority

3. Instead of an RT-PCR, can I use a rapid test like antigen or antibody test?
IATF Resolution no. 101 allows only RT PCR tests specifically. Antigen and antibody tests are not allowed as substitutes
However, the Capiz PIATF allowed the use of saliva based RT PCR tests offered by the Philippine Red Cross that is cheaper and less invasive.

4. I am from the NCR, will I still need to quarantine when I arrive in Capiz?
If you do not exhibit symptoms of Covid 19 infection, you will not be required to undergo quarantine.

5. I am from abroad, will the same rules apply?
No, those coming from abroad or ROFs are covered by different rules. Under IATF protocols, they will be required to quarantine for at least 5 days in Manila, tested on the 5th day, then allowed to proceed to Capiz if their results come out negative.
When they arrive here, they will need to be quarantined in a facility or hotel for at least 24 hours, after which they will be assessed for symptoms and, if none manifest, will be allowed to complete the remainder of their 14 day mandatory quarantine at their home.
However, for those who were not quarantined and tested upon their arrival, they will have to undergo facility or hotel quarantine upon arriving in Capiz, tested on the 5th day, and only allowed to undergo home quarantine if their results come out negative.

6. I have been vaccinated before I arrived in the Philippines, do I still need to follow the protocols for ROFs?
Yes. While most vaccines have been shown to prevent transmission, at the moment, no Covid 19 vaccine has been conclusively tested to do so.

CEB Refund Update
As of Sept 17, 2020

As many know, the tourism and aviation industries have been among the worst hit by COVID-19 and currently, Cebu Pacific is only able to operate 10% of its pre-COVID network.

Since the start of this pandemic, we have received an unprecedented number of refund requests due to the flight cancellations brought about by the lockdown. Our refund process then was originally not designed to handle this volume of requests, and this resulted in a backlog. We have since then revamped our procedures in order to address this.

To date, we have refunded over PHP 2.4 billion booking cancellations related to COVID-19, equivalent to 50% of refund requests received. We remain committed to our customers to complete pending refunds, and will update them once these have been processed. We are currently halfway through refund requests filed last April.

We understand how challenging this whole situation is, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. We thank our guests for their patience and understanding as we continue to enhance our processes for this to be resolved soonest.
