Being a student, a full-time mom, a worker, and a business side hustler is no easy feat, but I'm still here, pushing through and making it happen. We understand that you have chosen Azure North Condominiums for a quiet and relaxed staycation experience, and we appreciate your desire to maintain a peaceful atmosphere. To ensure that all residents and other guests can enjoy their stay to the fullest, we kindly request your cooperation in observing the following guidelines:

1. Please refrain from making loud noises both inside and outside of the room. Let's create a serene environment where everyone can unwind and enjoy their time.
2. Avoid multiple pressing of the elevator buttons. Pressing the button at your designated floor once is sufficient. Please refrain from attempting to press multiple levels, as it can cause the elevator to stop at every level, resulting in delays and potential damage to the elevator's function. Please be considerate and mindful of this guideline to ensure a smooth and efficient elevator operation.
3. Kindly dispose of your garbage in the proper trash cans or bring it with you until you find one. This helps us keep the premises clean and pleasant for everyone.
4. Before or after swimming, we kindly request that you use the service elevator located in the parking area if you are still in your swimwear. This ensures the comfort and convenience of other incoming and outgoing guests who might use the concierge elevator.
5. After swimming, please proceed to the shower/changing room located behind the wave pool and change into dry clothes. We kindly request that no one tracks water into the building lobby, elevators, and corridors. This measure is implemented for the safety and convenience of everyone.
6. Strictly no grilling, smoking, or va**ng inside the unit or on the balcony. We have designated smoking/vape areas located beside the Car Park Exit of Monaco Tower (1st building).
7. Cooking of light meals is allowed in the units. Please remember to turn on the exhaust fan while cooking. However, we kindly request that cooking of smelly food be avoided to maintain a pleasant environment for all guests.
8. To maintain the aesthetic appeal of the condominium, please avoid hanging any items, such as clothes or towels, on the balcony. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping the premises visually pleasing for all residents and guests.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a tranquil and enjoyable environment for all residents and guests. By adhering to these guidelines, we can collectively create an atmosphere that allows everyone to have a restful and rejuvenating staycation experience.

Please note that failure to comply with these guidelines may result in fines imposed by the unit owners and the condominium management. These fines are intended to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of all residents and guests. The fine amounts for non-compliance range from ₱2,000 to ₱10,000.
