- Located within the same street where the tallest condotel (Puerto de San Juan residences) is currently being built, minor construction noises might be heard during 8am-5pm when at the back yard or when outside the house but noises are mostly dialed down when inside the house.

- Note: AC must be turned off in Room B if anybody is cooking in the outdoor kitchen. This is to prevent the smell from entering the room through the window type AC.

Notes:
- Most of the time, turning the 2HP split type AC in the living area & just leaving the doors of the two rooms open is already enough to cool the rooms as well.
- You may opt to do this if in case you are not comfortable with the usual noise of a window type AC.
- At any time, you may turn on the window type ACs in the room. We request you turn these off when leaving the house and just leave the split type AC on instead.
- Split type ACs for both rooms are still in the works, as soon as we have enough budget, we will have this replaced soon :)

- Solana full house is located in a residential area, meaning we still have to follow strict quiet hours policy at 10pm-8am.
