From Manila, take South Luzon Expressway until the very end where it connects to Star Tollway, enter Star Tollway. Exit at Ibaan/San Jose. Right after paying at the tollgate, follow the sign to Ibaan (turn left). When you see the sign "alternate route to Lipa", turn left into that narrow road. At the end of that short narrow road, turn right. You will see Petron gas station on your left and a yellow outpost. Turn left on that corner of Petron and the outpost. Keep going through Rosario and on to San Juan (don't enter Batangas Race Circuit) until you see the San Juan municipio. Turn right at that corner. You will see many resort signs. This is the road to Laiya.

THE SEASHORE BEACH CLUB, a Membership CLUB Project Brief Owned and Operated by THE SEASHORE BEACH CLUB INC. Mr. Arnel Mindanao finished Maritime course in college from Philippine Merchant Maritime School major in Marine Transportation in 1995. After college he continued his work in property selling being the Sales Admin of Square Deal Realty & Development Corp., one of the top selling brokers of LPHI In 1998. In 2003, he took the Broker’s examination and passed this exam that made him organized and created his own realty company, the 3RD Island Corporation which bagged many awards with Ayala, Earth & Style and Extra-Ordinary Projects, and Filinvest. In 2014, he organized the United Brokers Realty & Dev. Corporation which had become an over all Top Broker of Avida Land, Inc. (formerly LPHI). In 2007, the company spin off to 3RD Island Corporation as the lead broker in all his property selling as a licensed broker. 3rd Island Corporation is a family corporation which Arnel is the major stockholder. The company has been consistently top broker of Avida since 2010 until 2015 before the Real Marketing Sales Corporation was formed. Since then, Real Marketing also is a consistent top broker of Avida until today.
