ALL airport passengers MUST download and register an account in the TRAZE Contact Tracing App beginning 28 November 2020, prior entering the airport.

How to register? Just these simple steps:

• Download the TRAZE App from your mobile store and install it on your phone
• Open the app and click the “Register” button below. Register as “Individual.”
• Just follow the instructions indicated in the app and input the needed information
• Activate your account

Meanwhile, for passengers who do not have mobile phones or any other mobile gadget, they may go to the Malasakit Helpdesk at the airport where they will be provided assistance in getting a unique QR code. Or, they may likewise ask a family member to register them with the app.

The QR code can be used at any DOTr Office nationwide.

TRAZE, a nationwide and unified contact tracing app is co-developed by the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) and Cosmotech Philippines, Inc., which enables the government’s contact tracing efforts to be strengthened and be more efficient.

With TRAZE, the contact tracing process can now be done in just a few minutes, unlike the usual and manual process. Not only that—you can also be assured that your data is safe and secured, as the app fully complies with the Data Privacy Act (DPA) or Republic Act No. 10173. Further, it does not use bluetooth or GPS, and it works well even with slow mobile data and WiFi!

For your INFORMATION✈️
♦️MGA alituntunin kung sino man po ang pauwi sa Pinas.
♦️“New Normal” from NAIA website. We will now be required to pay for a Covid Test (P3500) upon arrival to the Philippines and be subjected to quarantine for 3 to 5 days to a hotel that we will need to pay for until the results come in???
♦️ALL arriving passengers are required to go thru the RT-PCR test.
✅For OFWs, PhilHealth will pay . RT-PCR Test cost 3,500. For Non-OFW at their own expense. But if they are a PhilHealth member, they can charge it as long as they have PhilHealth membership number then fill up it to the form for swabbing. Thank you .
✅From NAIA, OFW will be brought to a Govt designated quarantine facility. For non-OFWs, to a hotel of their choice, at their own expense. They will wait for 3-4 days until results come out.
✅If test results is positive, passengers will be pick up by the Bureau of Quarantine who shall assume jurisdiction monitoring them. If test results is negative, Quarantine will issue a certificate stating that person tested NEGATIVE in the PCR test.
✅For those who tested negative and has been issued a certificate, they can leave hotel and go home to their residences.
✅We also refer you to the Department of Transportation - Philippines, they might be able to help you with you regards to the possible transportation.

1. Kailan po ang resume ng airport operation?
➡️ Wala pa pong definite date kung kailan ang resume ng operation dipende po kung ililift napo ang ECQ sa manila may chance po na mgopen ulit ang airport.

2. May biyahe na po ba ngayon buwan ng May?
➡️ Wala pong biyahe ngayon buwan hanggang may 31, 2020 po dahil under ECQ parin po ang Manila.

3. May flight na po ba ng June 2020?
➡️ Yes po may flight na, pero may chance pa pong macancel ang flight.

4. Pwedi na po bang magbook ng June flight?
➡️ Yes po, pero aware din po sana kayo na may chance na macancel and flight ng June.

5. Kapag nagpabook po ba ako at nacancel and flight may rebooking po ba? Or pwedi irefund ang pera?
➡️ Yes po may rebooking po tayo at sa refund naman dipende po kung anong airline.

6. May bayad po ba ang rebooking?
➡️ Free po ang rebooking kapag ang flight ay nacancel dahil sa pandemic outbreak.

➡️ Mga Returning OFWs (ofw workers, mga nagaaral sa ibang bansa, may J1 visa, mga tourist pumuntang ibang bansa at iba pa) kailangan po ng RT-PCR result kailangan ito ay negative result, CERTIFICATE MULA SA BUREU OF QUARANTINE, kung saan po kayo nakaquarantine at TRAVEL AUTHORITY.

11. Paano po namin makukuha ang ticket namin kung nakapagbook kami?
