Built by Tito Boy & Tita Ching with remnants of their ancestral home this cottage gives you a quaint, charming & rustic feels. Not only did they build this lovely mountain cottage but planted countless trees all over Patagoña more than 20 years ago, and we had the good pleasure of remodeling it last year.

"The Brick House"

Our quaint and charming duplex is located in the protected forest of Patagoña, Patag, a place that's been called "Little Tagaytay" of Negros for its cool weather and lush forest landscape. The best thing about it? It is 14km scenic drive from the New Bacolod-Silay International Airport. Our cottage was recently restored to have a craftsman-style, rustic feel. Take a quick walk around this charming neighborhood as you enjoy Silay's finest.
