Cancelled Flights and Flexible Options for Passengers Affected by Airport Navigation Technical Issue

Cebu Pacific (CEB) continues to review its operations following the technical glitch in the Air Traffic Management System of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP).

CEB is working on the recovery of its network and normalizing its operations.

We discourage passengers from going to the airport and advise them to monitor their flight status online. Affected passengers have been informed and provided with options (free rebooking, travel fund, refund) through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight

For flights until 11:59PM of January 3, 2023, passengers may voluntarily postpone their travel and avail of their options (free rebooking or travel fund) on the Cebu Pacific website.

Available seats for immediate travel are limited due to the peak travel period. We thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we work with the authorities to restore our network at the soonest time possible.
