To Passengers of Flights PR5654/5655 Manila-Riyadh-Manila departing on June 30, 2021:

We regret to inform you that we have cancelled the June 30 PR5654 Manila to Riyadh and June 30 flight PR/5655 Riyadh to Manila due to a government order restricting operations to/from Riyadh airport on said date.

We apologize for the inconvenience, as we had to cancel the flight at very short notice, immediately upon receiving the notice of the restriction.

If you are a passenger of these cancelled flights, you may opt to:

1. Convert your ticket to a Travel Voucher;
2. Avail of unlimited rebooking (no rebooking fee) until December 31, 2021. If you will be completing your travel in the same booking class by June 30, 2021 (or ticket validity, whichever comes first), there will be no fare difference charge;
3. Refund your ticket without penalties.

To all who wish to enter or travel Davao City, here are some helpful tips for you.

1. DAVAO QR CODE won't be scanned upon entry. Whether riding on a private or public vehicle. So kung nagsalig ka kay naa kay QR Code, dili sya magamit bcoz of their EO No. 63-B series of 2020. (You may refer to Davao City legit page for more informations)

2. If you are working within Davao City, just present your company ID or Certificate of Employment or principal acknowledgement of labor or service (Kanang naay mga trabaho sa Davao na wala silay company ID).

3. If you are a returning resident of Davao City, just present a valid ID with your address in Davao City.

4. If you are a non-Davao resident, kindly present a travel pass. The LGU will be the issuing agency of the travel pass. I dont know sa requirements. Better go to your LGU for more information.

5. If you have some important errands, you may present a Travel Order from your company or agency stating your name, address, company, and purpose which is valid for one day only.

6. If you have a very valid reason to travel in Davao (the TF Davao will ask for your reason of travel), you cannot stay for more than 24hrs. If you need to stay for more than 24hrs, you need to show your booking confirmation of the hotel or accomodation you'd be staying for the rest of your travel. You cannot stay with someone you know, even if they're your family.

7. For motor riders, please secure your license, registration and please wear proper travelling attire and helmet.

PH GOV'T ISSUES NEW RULES ON TESTING/QUARANTINE FOR PASSENGERS FROM COUNTRIES WITH UK VARIANT
The Philippine government's Inter-Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging and Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) has revised the testing and quarantine protocols for passengers (Filipino citizens and eligible non-Filipinos) arriving in the Philippines from countries where travel restrictions are in place due to new COVID-19 variants.
Effective January 23, 2021, passengers arriving in the Philippines from countries covered by travel restrictions shall be given RT-PCR testing upon arrival and shall be given the option to avail of a second swab test on their 5th day of quarantine.
PROCEDURES
Passengers arriving in the Philippines are required to register on Case Investigation Forms depending on their traveler type and port of entry:

Passengers arriving in Clark must download and fill out the required forms at

For OFWs arriving in Manila, swab testing on arrival will be carried out by the government One Stop Shop, free of charge. For non-OFWs and eligible non-Filipinos arriving in Manila, swab testing will be carried out by the PAL One Stop Shop for a fee of PHP 4,000. (Discounts for Sr.Citizens and PWDs apply)
Passengers will proceed to their respective quarantine facilities or hotels.
When passengers swabbed under the PAL OSS receive a negative test, they shall receive an email providing them the option to either avail of a second swab test by PAL testing partner Detoxicare Molecular and Diagnostics Laboratory on the 5th day of quarantine or to continue their quarantine stay up to the 14th day.
Passengers who choose to avail of the second swab test by Detoxicare will register on the email. They may pre-pay online or onsite. The pre-payment link is included in the e-mail.
Note: OFW passsengers swabbed under the government OSS will be guided accordingly by the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).
Once the second swab test is administered on the 5th day of quarantine, passengers must continue their hotel/facility stay and await results.
A passenger who tests negative on the second swab test must register via the DOH-BOQ Certificate Page to receive his/her quarantine and medical certificate. Passenger will present the two negative test results and the certificate for clearance and check out from the hotel. Completion of the 14-day quarantine at home under the monitoring of one's Local Government Unit is highly encouraged.
A passenger who tests positive on the second swab test will be provided proper guidance by the BOQ on the succeeding steps.
FOR PASSENGERS ALREADY IN QUARANTINE
PAL passengers swabbed under the PAL OSS and who are already in quarantine for a minimum of 5 days will receive an e-mail providing them the option to either avail of a second swab test by PAL testing partner Detoxicare Molecular and Diagnostics Laboratory, or to continue their quarantine stay up to the 14th day.
Effective January 23 and onwards, RT-PCR testing for passengers on their 5th day of quarantine in stringent quarantine hotels will be rolled out.
EXEMPTED FROM TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
The Philippine government's latest directive also expanded the coverage of exemptions from current restrictions on inbound travel to the Philippines from countries with cases of the UK covid variant.
Exempted from the passenger ban on inbound travel to the Philippines are:
Foreign nationals with valid visas, which include personnel of accredited international organizations,
Spouse and minor children of Filipino citizens traveling with them,
Persons arriving for medical and emergency cases, including their medical escorts, if any,
The said passengers are now subject to applicable testing and quarantine protocols as prescribed by the Department of Health (DOH).
EASING OF AGE RESTRICTIONS
The IATF is relaxing age-based restrictions for areas placed under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) beginning February 1, 2021.
According to IATF Resolution 95, any person below ten (10) years old and those who are over sixty-five (65) years of age shall be required to remain in their residence at all times. Local government units (LGUs), on the other hand, are being enjoined to adopt the same relaxation of age-restrictions for areas under General Community Quarantine (GCQ).

3. Pumunta sa PNP para iprocess ang TRAVEL AUTHORITY

PAALALA:

Habang magpo-process ng medical certificate, makipag-coordinate po muna sa LGU na uuwian ninyo. Tawagan ang kamag-anak at magpakuha ng ACCEPTANCE LETTER. Tatawagan po kasi ng LGU kung saan ka ngayon ang uuwian mong probinsya o LGU para kumpirmahin ang iyong pag-uwi. Mas madali ang pagkuha ng travel authority kapag ang iyong kamag-anak sa iyong uuwian ay nakapunta rin sa LGU municipal office para ipaalam na uuwi ka at makakuha ng acceptance letter.
Pag nakakuha na ng ACCEPTANCE LETTER ang iyong kamag-anak ay pakuhanan ito ng picture at nararapat na isend ng kamag-anak mo sa messenger dahil ikaw na byahero ay ipapakita mo ito sa PNP upang di kana mahirapan sa pagkuha ng travel authority.
Mga Documents na dapat hawak mo habang nasa Airport:
