Casa Cuarenta Y Nueve is a 3-storey, 3-bedroom vacation house in Tagaytay City, Philippines, with an attic room and private pool.

Perfect and suitable for family gatherings, team buildings, wedding preparations, small parties or those who just want to enjoy a quiet moment.

Rental rate includes use of private swimming pool, satellite TV, and barbecue grill.

Enjoy our fully furnished and super comfy modern design hardwood furniture in the living and dining rooms. We aim to please you!

It has 3 bathrooms, and a fully-equipped kitchen.

The first floor consists of the following rooms/areas: 1) Dining area; 2) Formal Kitchen; 3) Pool Toilet and Bath; 4) Common Toilet and Bath, and 5) Comfy living area.

The second floor consists of: 1) Living Room 2) Covered terrace 3) 2 Bedrooms and 4) Common Toilet and Bath.

On the third floor, you will find the most favorite spot of our guests - our spacious attic room.

On the front yard of Casa Cuarenta Y Nueve is a private pool which is 4 to 7 feet deep.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle and 2-burner gas stove. Of course, cooking is allowed in the kitchen but we highly suggest that you use our grilling barbecue area!

Cookware, tableware, cooking and eating utensils are provided. Grilling is allowed in the patio. Griller is provided but bring your own charcoal!

There are no air-conditioned rooms but you do not need it because you're already in Tagaytay!

There is no wifi at Casa Cuarenta Y Nueve but we hope that you will find better connection - personal and filled with wonderful memories!
