Virgen de Guadalupe de Extremadura – Loboc
“Very good for adventurist people seeking peaceful place! The terrain of the road was good for dirt bike 🚴‍♂️ but the serenity and the view on the top is wonderful”
“Little bit hard to find, but definitely worth visiting. Very romantic place”
“Wow great views from there and the road is ok , just short walk at the end”
“Brutal! Go there. There's an amazing view and it's not touristic”
“Spectacular Loboc, you can go up on a motorcycle quite well except for the last 100m. Very beautiful sunsets.”

Oceanica Resort – Panglao
“If I am to think of any reason why I would go back to Bohol, it would be this resort.”
“We were lucky enough to spend 5 nights in Oceanica to celebrate our wedding. The venue is beautiful and the staff were excellent making the overall experience unforgettable and bringing our dream wedding to life!”
“Picturesque location. Sands are powder white and clean. The place is well maintained. It's open to day trippers so if you book somewhere else, you could just walk in and pay about 598 (at the time of this review) to access the pool and beach, but no food included. You could order but prices are 2-3x higher. For those who are checked in, you have access to the east wing which also has a pool and garden not open to day trippers. But the best part is the beach. You'll see a lot of foreigners mostly Caucasian and Korean which are also mostly day trippers. The ones checked-in are locals or Filipinos. All in all worth the stay but not for the stingy as prices are expensive. 220 for a bottle of beer.. food would vary from 400-800. Non alcoholic drinks would set you back about 300. Breakfast is free for check-in guests but for additional children it's about 500. They can also arrange some romantic dinner with lights and all upon request. Everything else is perfect.”
“Really great service ! Location with coconut trees is super ! Makes you feel like the south pacific ! Rooms are very clean and comfortable ! Food is good as well ! It be nice to have a selection of beach attire or footwear on site for sale ! Staff is very kind and helpful !”
“Probably the top resort on Panglao. Definitely the nicest beach and facilities. Great staff, but can get a bit busy, so need to relax and wait a little. Day packages are available for non-residents"

Bohol Farm – Dauis
“Bohol farm used to be bee farm but stopped raising bees since pandemic, now they explore other different local products to operate the site. Well I would say the farm was very, very small like the front garden at your house. People visit here mostly for the restaurant, the outdoor seats have great sea view but it was very crowded during lunch time that we had to sit indoor.
We had casava appetizer, seafood soup, and pork rib. To be honest I didn’t find their best selller the pork rib delicious, the meat was dry somehow. Seafood soups was better”
“Perfect place to eat when you visit Bohol. ❤️
Food is good, while the ambiance is great!
Their Ice cream is a must try! Very generous servings and had a complimentary snacks.”
“The food at the restaurant was great and the serving was big, which made the food worthy of its price. The atmosphere was really nice too. I recommend going down the stairs from the restaurant, the sea view is beautiful. The ice creams tastes good too!”
“Really nice setup here with more than just a restaurant, and it’s quite cool as well. The food was really nice, overlooking the sea. Enjoyed our visit and would return again.”
“Probably the best restaurant in Bohol that we've tried so far! They provided complimentary squash bread and cassava chips with two different dips while we wait for our food.
The fresh herb pasta is al dente. The pork ribs with mango sauce already comes with your choice of rice (red or white) and a side of salad. For 300-400+ per dish, it already includes quite a generous serving.
The place also has an amazing view of the sea. You can go down a flight of stairs at the restaurant to see the rock formations and seagrass through the clear seawater.
Guided farm tours are available but you have to come before lunch time so you could make it before the start of the tour. You could also buy their products at their store.”

Tagbilaran City. There are two theories how TAGBILARAN got its name. First is from the word Tinabilan, which means hidden by a cloth or curtain, with Panglao Island as the curtain which shields the city from strong southwestern monsoons. Second is from two words tagu which means “to hide” and Bilaan which is the name of a tribe from Southern Philippines, said to be raiding the natives then. It may be recalled that Tagbilaran was chosen as capital of Bohol in 1854 by Spanish Gov. Gen Marquez de Novaliches due to its location which is easily defensible from the Moro pirates.

Bien Unido – is Spanish word for “well-united.”

Buenavista – means scenic; “buen” being Spanish for good and “vista” for view.

Cortes – is derived from “cortesimo” meaning most courteous

Borja Bridge - Dauis
“The south Dauis Bridge, connecting Daius, Panglao to east Tagbilaran. Wide enough, and serves its function well considering the new Airport is now in Panglao, and transportation access between islands made easier.”

Bobo Beach Garden – Dauis
“I had a fantastic experience at Bobo Beach Garden. The location is absolutely stunning, with pristine, secluded beaches. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The ambiance was both relaxing and charming. Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, this place has it all.
I highly recommend Bobo Beach Garden for anyone visiting Dauis, Bohol. It’s a serene paradise that promises a memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!”
“A hidden gem! 💎 I love coming to Bobo’s beach garden for my morning coffee and yoga. It’s so relaxing, while staring off into the ocean and Bobo has made the place so inviting with the boho styling and abundance of plant life. Truly a lovely escape! There is even a net hammock to lounge and have breakfast in. I can totally see why people host events here too- it’s super pretty! It’s best to get here by bike and by taking the Biking entrance - Bobo’s is not to be missed :) enjoy!”
“My favorite Place to enjoy a nice Coffee in Panglao. Im on the Island since 3 months, went to many different locations but this one won my heart. Also because they have yoga and salsa lessons!”

Linaw pool and waterfalls – Loay
“A scenic pool surrounded by cliffs with lush vegetation, fed by a small waterfall.
Possibility to jump in from the shore.
The place may be crowded on weekends.
The water may be soiled by upstream riverside residents, particularly during dry season, when the flow is low.
From Villalimpia, take the road to Tambangan. When arriving the road section turning and going up, turn left in a small trail and follow it. The pool is 300 m further”

Bohol Social Club – Dauis Bohol
“Absolutely lovely! 5 star service, nice modern rooms (very comfy bed), and to-die-for sunrise. I can’t overstate employee kindness and willingness to help. Been to 5 star resorts but nothing compares. PS: if you want to go snorkelling and whale shark watching this is the hotel to do it through. You will have a private boat to the diving spot and once there you will be able to skip the cue and go to see the sharks on a small private boat. There is also no time limit how long you can dive (otherwise limited to 20 min). Much recommended”
“Really nice place. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Also very much appreciate that they take care of all the cats”
“We had such a lovely stay at Bohol Social Club! The suite was spotless and very private. The private pool gave it such a posh and exclusive feeling. The pet sanctuary was such a cute touch for us pet lovers. Special kudos to the staff for being very welcoming and attentive to our needs. We will be back for sure!!”
“Incredible value for money! The staff here are not only friendly but also attentive to your needs. For just 1090 PHP, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, a relaxing one-hour massage, access to the pool and gym, plus a 500 PHP consumable credit. The one-day pass exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended!”
“the place is so nice!! and they do have a great staff that is very accomodating to all... highly recommended to my friends and family..superb”

Mandahunog Spring and Cave – Antequera
“Cool and refreshing place if you want some fresh water swim. The place is very accessible, clean and well maintained.”
“The place is so peaceful, the water is very cold and relaxing. And I really enjoyed visiting this place and it's my first time. They have cottages and tables where you can rent. One downside in this place is there's no cellular network connection. They also have snacks available in the store, tshirts and souvenirs. The entrance is only 20 pesos for adults but I think childrens with specific age is free. The cottage is for 200 pesos and tables for 100 or 150.”
“It was calm peaceful and awesome feelings , view was expectacular”
