📣📣 EYES HERE ‼️ Pagadian City Mayor Sammy Co signed the Executive Order No. 08

“An EO requiring ALL arriving travellers (NON-APORs/LSIs) to UNDERGO RT-PCR SWAB TEST FREE OF CHARGE upon entering the City of Pagadian by air and by land travels.”

📌 ALL NON-APORs/LSIs are required to be swabbed for RT-PCR test upon entry into the city regardless of the quarantine status of their places of origin;

📌 ALL ARRIVING TRAVELLERS who took the RT-PCR test upon arrival will not be required to undergo 14-day quarantine, and test kit shall be borne out at the local government’s expense (FREE OF CHARGE), provided that they will give their number and exact and complete address in the city for monitoring and contact tracing purposes;

📌 The swabbing will be held at the Pagadian City Airport for travellers who enter the city by plane, and at the City Isolation Center in Barangay Sta. Maria, Pagadian City for those who enter the city by land;

📌 ALL APORs who enter the city regularly like those who work in regional offices at the regional center, travellers who deliver essential cargoes regularly, member of the police and military, and government workers shall not be required to take RT-PCR tests;

📌 Travellers who arrive bringing along NEGATIVE RT-PCR test done from the places of origin shall only be accepted if and when the test is done 5 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR.

This order shall TAKE EFFECT APRIL 6, 2021 (Tuesday) and UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

CEB Advisory: Flight cancellations following IATF Reso 104 – March 25 to April 04, 2021
As of 7:00pm, March 23, 2021

Due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in Metro Manila and adjacent provinces, the Philippine government has implemented stricter guidelines in areas belonging to “NCR Plus” until April 04, 2021. During this period, only essential travel is allowed in and out of Metro Manila.

Following this resolution, Cebu Pacific and Cebgo will be cancelling a number of domestic flights beginning tomorrow, March 25 to April 04, 2021.

Affected guests may conveniently choose their preferred option (Rebook, 2-year Travel Fund or Refund) online, through (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight) until 30 days from date of departure. CEB permanently removed Change Fees earlier this month.

IATF DISALLOWS DOMESTIC LEISURE TRAVEL FROM MARCH 22 TO APRIL 4

The Inter-Agency Task Force against infectious diseases (IATF) has temporarily suspended tourist/leisure between Metro Manila and domestic points in the Philippines.

As such, passengers traveling for leisure will not be allowed on PAL domestic flights to/from Manila from March 22 to April 4.

Leisure travelers affected by these restrictions have the following options:

1. Convert your ticket to a travel voucher with 10% bonus and valid for up to 2 years, which must be requested on or before June 30, 2021.

2. Avail of unlimited rebooking (no rebooking fee) until December 31, 2021. If you will be completing your travel in the same booking class by June 30, 2021 (or ticket validity, whichever comes first), there will be no fare difference charge.

3. Refund your ticket without penalties.

If you are already in a domestic destination and wish to return home, you may do so during this period.

If you are an ROF LSI or APOR, PAL will accept you on flights, provided that you secure all requirements by your LGU. If you wish to make changes to your booking voluntarily, you may do so following the No-Worry Flight Fare rules at https://bit.ly/PALPassengerOptions

CEB Advisory: Limited movement in Metro Manila from March 22 to April 04, 2021
As of 9:00pm, March 21, 2021

Due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in Metro Manila and adjacent provinces, the Philippine government has announced stricter guidelines across these areas from March 22 to April 04, 2021. Cebu Pacific will continue to operate flights as scheduled until March 24, 2021, however passengers who wish to postpone their flights may select their preferred option (Rebook, 2-year Travel Fund or Refund),through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website (http://bit.ly/CEBmanageflight), up to two (2) hours before their flights. CEB permanently removed Change Fees earlier this month.

UPDATE ON PH GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS – ALL FILIPINOS ALLOWED TO ENTER PHILIPPINES

The Philippine government is now allowing ALL FILIPINOS to enter the Philippines, but is suspending the entry of most Foreign Nationals effective 12:01 AM of March 22 to 11:59 PM of April 21 (please see specific conditions and exemptions below). This supersedes previous announcements on entry restrictions.

However, the maximum number of passenger arrivals from international flights will continue to be limited to 1,500 a day for all airlines combined into Manila for the period beginning 8:00 AM of March 18 up to 8:00 AM of April 19.

The restrictions are part of a series of pandemic control measures announced by the authorities.

4. Foreign seafarers under the Green Lanes program for crew change provided they hold a 9(c) crew list visa at the time of entry;

5. Foreign spouses and children of Filipino citizens traveling with them provided they have valid visas at the time of entry;

6.Emergency, humanitarian and other cases approved by the National Task Force on Covid-19 provided foreign nationals have valid visas at the time of entry.
