Please be reminded of the following requirements in entering a boarder, from Cagayan to the following Provinces:

ILOCOS NORTE/SUR
*Negative Antigen results taken within 24hrs prior to entry or take the antigen test at the boarder worth 650 Php (regardless kung fully vax or not)
*Valid government- ID

LA UNION
*QR-Coded-Tourists Pass (QTP) from Tara Na Visita System.
*Government issued ID.
*Pre-booked arrangement from DOT-Accredited Tour Operator.
*Covid-19 Vaccination Card.
*Negative antigen test result within 3 days.

PANGASINAN
*Valid government-issued ID
*Register at Pangasinan.tarana.ph and apply for a travel pass QR Code.
*Register at S-Pass.ph and apply for a travel coordination permit (TCP).
*Negative RT-PCR Test result obtained within 72 hours for travelers of all ages.

BAGUIO
*Baguio Visita registration with QR-coded Tourist Pass.
*Vaccination card or vaccination certificate.
*Health screening and verification at the triage in Baguio upon arrival.

BALER
*Vaccination certificate from VaxCertPH.
*Booking confirmation in a DOT-accredited accommodation.
*Valid ID.
*S-PaSS travel coordination permit (TCP)
