Travel Advisory No. 196

INTERNATIONAL TRAVELERS TO MANILA, DAVAO, and LAOAG MUST REGISTER ON ONE HEALTH PASS

ATTENTION: ALL PASSENGERS TRAVELING TO THE PHILIPPINES

The Philippine Bureau of Quarantine (BOQ) strictly requires all arriving travelers to present their ONE HEALTH PASS QR CODE prior to boarding their flights to Manila, Laoag or Davao.

To get the QR code, you will have to accomplish the One Health Pass Declaration Form (e-HDC) which will require you to submit personal information, health status and travel history. The forms should be filled out individually.
(Note: Each child must have his/her own form.)

This a 2-STEP REGISTRATION PROCESS:

Step 1 – to be accomplished at any time on or before your departure date: Register through https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC and completely fill out all required fields. Upon filling out the form, please ensure to save a copy of your unique transaction number, which you will need when you are at the airport to accomplish Step 2 below to complete your e-HDC registration.

Step 2: to be accomplished at the airport, prior to boarding your flight to the Philippines: Before boarding your flight, answer the e-HDC at https://www.onehealthpass.com.ph/e-HDC by entering your unique transaction number to retrieve your record. Upon completing all the information, you will receive your unique QR code which you need to present before boarding and upon arrival.

All information shared in the One Health Pass is collected and processed solely by the Bureau of Quarantine. The One Health Pass website is independent of PAL and PAL has no control over said website.

For inquiries or more information, you may directly coordinate with the Bureau of Quarantine at [email protected].

Thank you for your cooperation.

Even after the typhoon recedes and weather improves, it may take some time to restore normal schedules, as we would need to reposition aircraft and undertake other operational adjustments based on the revised slots and clearances at the affected airports, in coordination with the airport and air traffic control authorities.

Please do not proceed to the airport if your flight is cancelled, but instead avail of the rebooking options (see below).

You have the option to rebook on the flight of your choice (on the same cabin class) within 30 days from original travel date with rebooking service fees waived.

You also have the option to refund your ticket cost within 30 days from original travel date.

You may convert your ticket to a travel voucher for future use.

For more information, you may call PAL hotline (02) (+632) 8855-888], visit www.philippineairlines.com or our Official PAL page.

If your flight is cancelled and you need to take another covid-19 test for your new flight schedule, you may undergo RT-PCR testing at the Philippine Airlines Learning Center (PLC) located at 540 Padre Faura cor. Adriatico St. Ermita, Manila.

Our Department of Health-accredited laboratory partner Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics provides drive-thru or walk-in RT-PCR testing from 8AM to 5PM daily at a cost of PHP4,500. Results are released within 24 hours.

Payment options are: cash (PHP currency only), card (debit/credit), GCash, PayPAL, WeChatPay, or Alipay.

To avail of testing at the PAL Learning Center, click the link: https://bit.ly/PALTestingFacility.

Upon entering the PAL Learning Center for your RT-PCR testing, please present your ID, plane ticket and QR code indicating that you have successfully registered the passenger profile and health declaration online.

Should you wish to avail of the services of other testing and lab partners of PAL, you may click the link for the complete listing: https://bit.ly/PALInternationalTestingPartners.

DFA Releases Updates on Travel Bans and Restrictions: https://bit.ly/3ks56Uf

This week the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) reports updates on travel restrictions from five countries across Asia and the Pacific and Middle East and Africa.

Somalia and Rwanda now allow inbound and outbound travel subject to flight availability and country's medical protocols on arriving international passengers, respectively.

While Laos and Japan still do not allow general entry into their borders, they have imposed stricter medical protocols for those who are exempt to the imposed entry restrictions

Previous information on travel restrictions for other countries and regions across the globe remain the same.

Meanwhile, Seychelles has been included in the infographics. To date, it imposes inbound restriction and allows outgoing travel, subject to flight availability.

With ongoing developments and changes on travel restrictions, the DFA advises the public to always check ahead of travel dates with the airlines that will be used as well as with relevant Embassies or Consulates before departure or before booking a ticket.
