LOOK: List of airports with LGU clearance to resume commercial flights as of 8 October 2020

As of today, 8 October, there are 32 airports in the country whose Local Government Units (LGUs) have issued orders categorically supporting the resumption* of commercial airport operations in their areas of jurisdiction.

*Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.

*Tamang tama lalo na sa mga kailangan bumyahe Manila-Legazpi vice versa since June 22 pa resume of provincial buses sa NCR as per DOTr.
*Ready na ang Legazpi Airport for the resumption of the commercial flights. In fact, Legazpi had a sweeper flight last May 26 for the stranded foreign tourists and balikbayan guests bound to Manila.
*Waiting pa advisory from Cebu Pacific Air.
*Sa Bicol Region, Legazpi Airport palang, as of now, ang may confirmed flights starting next week under MGCQ.

INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT AT NAIA START TOMORROW

Chartered international inbound flights are only allowed on Mondays and Thursdays while inbound international commercial flights (scheduled) will be allowed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only.

In its Notice to Airman (NOTAM), the CAAP said the restrictions will start on May 11 and will last until June 10 this year.

CAAP spokesman Eric Apolonio also stressed that only returning residents, Philippine passport holders, foreign dignitaries and diplomats are allowed to join the inbound international flights.

Tourists are still not allowed to enter the country, he added.
