Planning to travel domestic soon? Read this first👍🏻

Here are the REQUIREMENTS NEEDED for travelling:

1.MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
2.TRAVEL PASS
3.TRAVEL AUTHORITY
4. ACCEPTANCE LETTER from CONCERN LGU

WHERE TO GET AND PROCESS:

1. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE- Accredited hospitals by your barangay.

2. TRAVEL PASS - Barangay/Municipal/City Hall

3. TRAVEL AUTHORITY- PNP Station at your area

4. ACCEPTANCE LETTER - request this document at your destination point.

HOW TO GET THESE DOCUMENTS:

1. Go to your Barangay and ask where are the accredited health centers or hospitals in your area to get a Medical Certificate.

Laboratory Tests are required, results will be given after 5-7 days.

2. After receiving your Medical Certificate, you can now book your tickets. Your Travel Details are required in filling up a form in your Barangay to get your Travel Pass

3. Upon completing the 1st and 2nd Steps, you may now proceed to a PNP Station at your area to process your Travel Authority Pass.

Wait for 5 days to release and receive your TRAVEL AUTHORITY

Note:

While processing your Medical Certificate, you may coordinate with the LGU of your destination.

You may ask a relative or a friend to request an ACCEPTANCE LETTER at LGU's City/Municipal's Office and inform them about your travel.

Both LGU's will confirm your requested travel.

Once the Acceptance Letter is released, ask your representative to take a photo and send it to you and present it to PNP Station to avoid delays in getting your TRAVEL AUTHORITY

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL AT THE AIRPORT:

Airport personnel will assisit you to get HEALTH DECLARATION & PASSENGER LOCATOR FORM

You need to present the following documents at the airport:

Valid I. D
Confirmed Flight Ticket
Temperature check (upon departure in the origin airport)
Health Declaration (upon declaration in the origin airport)
Travel Pass
Passenger Locator Form

FYI - Social distancing and wearing of face mask and face shield are required in the airport.
