MEETING | SEPTEMBER 30 | CULTURE AND THE ARTS COUNCIL | CULTURAL MAPPING PROJECT

Thank you to all members of the Culture and the Arts Council, Department heads, Hon. Andrea J. Cruz and to all Sangguniang Bayan members, as well as the SB secretary, for their support and participation in today's meeting regarding the Cultural Mapping Project.

We also extend our gratitude to Mr. Nicanor Germono Jr for his insightful presentation on the significance of Cultural Mapping in our municipality, as well as Pangasinan Polytechnic College.

5.Completed K-12 education; college undergrad or a graduate in any field is preferred.
6.Willing to conduct fieldwork and gather data to assigned areas in Mangatarem.
7.Strong passion for history, culture and arts.

In every move they have woven, syncing with the rhythm, a meaningful narrative is embedded. In every performance, they never fail to leave the spectators in awe, immersing them in the wondrous stories that reflect our rich and vibrant historical and cultural heritage.

The entire Mangatarem National High School, led by Dr. Elvira C. Viray, is rejoicing for another triumphant feat achieved by our very own Ligliwa Dance Troupe for being named as the FIRST RUNNER UP in the Sining Tanghalan - Bayle sa Kalye: Sayaw ng Kabataang Pinoy during the National Festival of Talents (NFOT) on July 9, 2024 in the City of Naga, Cebu.

The bruises, body scratches, sweat, and tears were never put in vain. With hard work, determination, and the stern tutelage of their coaches, Mr. Generoso T. Rillon and Mr. Jeffrey P. Bachar, they courageously sailed the sea of intense competition and conquered the tides of challenges.

We are beyond proud of their commendable achievement.
