This trek is a gradual climb along the back ways and low hills to Mount Tapyas. Stop at any (or all) of designated look-out points to appreciate varied vistas of Coron’s waterways, its mangrove forests and surrounding Islands, and Mount Darala. From the top, it’s about half hour walk back down to the town.
Maquinit Hot Spring Free flowing hot mineral rich in salt water trapped in a man-made pool will surely soothe your weary bones, volcanically heated water comes out of the spring around 40C (105F).
