JUST IN || FULLY VAXXED RETURNING PPC RESIDENTS NO LONGER NEED FACILITY QUARANTINE AND RT-PCR TESTING EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 16, 2021.
Puerto Princesa City residents who are returning home no longer need to undergo mandatory RT-PCR testing and facility quarantine upon their arrival. As long as they are fully vaccinated, they can stay in their home for seven days, according to city Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) spokesperson Atty. Norman Yap.
This only applies to travelers who are fully vaccinated. Household members must also be fully vaccinated (minors at home should at least be partially vaccinated), and the returning resident must have their own room while being isolated. Yap added that after the fifth or seventh day of arrival, the returning resident must undergo antigen testing. | via Patricia Laririt

Fully vaccinated tourists will no longer need a negative RT-PCR test when visiting Boracay effective November 16, 2021, according to Aklan Governor Florencio T. Miraflores. Travelers will instead have to present proof of vaccination. Meanwhile "unvaccinated" or "partially vaccinated" will still required to present a negative swab test or RT-PCR.

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER LIFTING THE REQUIREMENT OF NEGATIVE RT-PCR TEST RESULT ON FULLY VACCINATED INDIVIDUALS UPON ITS ENTRY TO BOHOL INSTEAD REQUIRING THEM TO PRESENT ONLY VALIDATED AND AUTHENTICATED VACCINATION CERTIFICATE

Requirements to Enter Bohol for Fully Vaccinated Individuals:

1. Vaccination Certificate generated from vaxcert.doh.gov.ph
2. Approved S-Pass

For Partially-Vaccinated and Non-Vaccinated:
1. 72 hours Negative RT-PCR test result
2. Approved S-Pass

For ROF/Foreign Nationals: Follow protocols based on IATF Resolution 143.

Who are considered fully vaccinated?
-More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received the second dose in a dose 2-dose series, or
-More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received a sing-dose vaccine
The vaccines administered to the individual are included in any of the following:
1. Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) List or compassionate Special Permit (CSP) issued by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration; or
2. Emergency Use listing of the World Health Organization

Sanction for those who will be caught using fake vaccination certificate, RT-PCR and S-Pass:
-Fine of P5,000.00
-Will be quarantined for 5 days at their own expense at aDOT-accredited quarantine facility
-Undergo RT-PCR testing on the 5th day
-All expenses will be paid by the violator

Effectivity date: October 25, 2021, Monday.

Please be advised that effective November 1, 2021, Australian citizens, permanent residents, and their immediate family members will be eligible to enter Sydney, Australia without quarantine arrangements provided that they are fully-vaccinated and comply with document requirements.

A traveler must be fully-vaccinated with any of the following vaccine brands recognized by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA):

- COVID-19 Pfizer Comirnaty
- AstraZeneca Vaxzevria
- Janssen-Cilag (also known as Johnson & Johnson) COVID-19
- Moderna Spikevax
- Coronavac (Sinovac)
- Covishield (AstraZeneca/Serum Institute of India)

Please be ready with a vaccination certificate issued by a national public health authority, in the form of a digital or paper certificate.

Travel Requirements to Bohol

📌Negative RT-PCR (swab) / Saliva RT-PCR (from Philippine Red Cross only) test result, conducted within seventy-two (72) hours before departure. Children who are four (4) years old and below are exempted from this requirement.

Guests whose RT-PCR tests have expired or have lapsed the validity for not more than seven (7) days may present a Rapid Antigen Test (conducted within 24 hours before departure) instead. Expired RT-PCR test must still be presented for validation.

📌Approved Travel Coordination Permit (TCP) from S-PaSS

Guests who have recently recovered from COVID-19 may present a certification from a licensed physician, indicating that the guest has clinically recovered, together with the positive RT-PCR test result and S-Pass registration.
