JUST IN: The Philippines will be reopening to fully vaccinated foreign tourists from non-visa countries starting February 10, 2022, based on Resolution No. 159 issued by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF). Qualified travelers will need to present a negative RT-PCR test taken within 48 hours prior to departure but will no longer undergo mandatory facility-based quarantine. Starting Feb 16, 2022, unvaccinated foreign travelers will no longer be allowed (with exemptions).
