• Negative RT-PCR/ Saliva test (processed by PRC or accredited by both DOH &FDA) taken 72 hours from extraction to date of travel
• Government-issued ID
• Travel Order/Mission Order/Proof of Engagement/Proof of medical or humanitarian activity
• OHDC Confirmation Page (Go to https://www.touristboracay.com/ and choose "Aklan")
• QR Code (obtained by sending the all travel requirements to [email protected] using the email subject "OHDC-Family Name, First Name")

• Barangay Certificate from Place of Origin

• Valid ID

• Negative RT-PCR test result taken within 72 hours before departure
• Letter of Acceptance

📍Borongan
• Negative RT-PCR Swab test result taken 2 days prior to entry in Borongan City
• Valid ID
• QR Code via www.cityofborongan.gov.ph or safeborongan.today/login
📍Eastern Samar
Passengers with Essential Travels
• Coordination with respective Barangays for health assessment and monitoring
• Valid Id & Travel Docs
📍Southern Samar
Returning Residents from NCR Plus
• Negative RT-PCR (Swab or Saliva) test result taken within 3 days prior to arrival
• Strict 14-day home quarantine starting from the day of swabbing
*Passengers who do not present a negative RT-PCR test result will be subjected to facility-based quarantine for 14 days
Returning Residents from outside NCR Plus
• Strict 7-day home quarantine upon arrival
📍Zamboanga City
• Negative RT-PCR (Swab or Saliva conducted by licensed COVID-19 laboratories certified by the RITM) test result taken within 5 days of collection
• Government-issued ID or company-issued ID Card (preferably government-issued)
• Approved Travel Coordination Permit via S-PASS: https://s-pass.ph/
📍General Santos City
• Negative RT-PCR Swab or Saliva test conducted 72 hours before departure taken from accredited DOH testing facilities
• TAPAT QR Code (http://www.tapat.gensantos.gov.ph)
• Pass the symptom screening test upon arrival
*Undergo mandatory quarantine upon arrival for 7 days in the Barangay Isolation Units
📍Iloilo City Bound
• Certificate of Residency from their respective barangays in Iloilo City
• Obtain Travel Coordination Permit and QR Code via S-PASS: https://s-pass.ph/
• Mandatory RT-PCR swab testing at the airport upon arrival
• Observe strict self-quarantine at home, hotel/accommodation establishments, or government quarantine facilities until negative RT-PCR test result is issued

• Negative RT-PCR Test (either nasal swab from any DOH accredited laboratory OR Red Cross Saliva test) taken within 72 hours from the time of travel
