For Pangasinan Residents:
1. Valid ID
2. Med Certificate
For La Union, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte and Baguio City
1. Valid ID
2. Confirmed and proof of hotel booking
3. Negative RT-PCR result issued 48 hrs prior to arrival if staying for 3 days ans 72 hrs before arrival if staying 1-2 days
4. Med Cert from City/Municipal Health Office
5. Travel Authority from PNP.
The Municipal Tourism & Cultural Affairs Office and the LGU IMPLORE all Travellers.... Resorts and Homestays...to please be responsible and follow guidelines and protocol.
