DIPOLOG FLIGHTS CANCELLED DUE TO RUNWAY CLOSURE

For the safety of our passengers, we have cancelled the following domestic flights to and from Dipolog City due to surface damage to the runway at Dipolog Airport:

FLIGHTS CANCELLED:

PR 2557/2558 on October 21, 22, 23 and 24, 2023
Manila – Dipolog – Manila

Alternate flights (October 22 to 24, 2023):

We will operate alternate replacement flights between Manila and Pagadian to serve passengers from the cancelled Dipolog flights as follows:

PR 2751 – Manila to Pagadian (October 22, 23 and 24) – departing Manila at 05:05 AM
PR 2752 – Pagadian to Manila (October 22, 23 and 24) – departing Pagadian at 07:15 AM

Confirmed Dipolog-Manila and Manila-Dipolog passengers on the cancelled October 22, 23 and 24 flights will automatically be rebooked on our Pagadian-Manila and Manila-Pagadian flights respectively.

Alternatively, you may also take our Ozamiz-Manila and Manila-Ozamiz routes or rebook to future Dipolog flights.

OPTIONS FOR PASSENGERS OF CANCELLED FLIGHTS:

You have the option to:

• Reroute to another flight with available space within 60 days from the original flight in the same booking class or higher within the same cabin class.
• Convert your ticket to Travel Credits equivalent to the unused base fare of your ticket. Voucher validity is one year (1) from the date of issuance.

POWER OUTAGE AT NAIA TERMINAL 3
MAY 1, 2023, 4:30 AM

Cebu Pacific advises its passengers that the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3 (NAIA T3) is currently experiencing a power outage which is affecting operations.

Please expect delays and cancellations on some of our flights as we manage the situation.

For passengers departing to and from NAIA T3 who do not want to proceed with their flights, CEB is offering the following flexible options for flights on May 1 until 12:00 PM, which they may avail of through the Manage Booking portal on the Cebu Pacific website https://www.cebupacificair.com/manage-booking:

1. Free Rebooking

Rebook without fare difference for travel up to thirty (30) days from original flight date. The fare difference will apply if the travel period is beyond thirty (30) days from the original flight date.

2. Travel Fund

Store the amount in a virtual CEB wallet valid for six (6) months and use this to either book a new flight or pay for add-ons (example: baggage allowance, seat selection, etc.)

They may avail themselves of their preferred option online up to two (2) hours before their scheduled time of departure.

We appeal for your patience and understanding. CEB will provide an update as soon as more information becomes available.

LOOK: Currently, heavy rain, visibility, and thunderstorms are disrupting flight operations in Davao.

PAL Express flight 2P-2819 attempted two approaches but is now diverting to another aerodrome, presumably Cebu. Several other flights are also holding and not attempting landings due to the reported missed approaches.

ALERT: Full-Scale Implementation of the E-Travel System

Starting April 15, 2023, travelers to and from the Philippines are required to register through the E-Travel portal (https://etravel.gov.ph).

This is in line with the directive of the government's Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases on the complete utilization of the e-Travel system.

FOR ARRIVING PASSENGERS:
Register within seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled time of arrival in the Philippines.

FOR DEPARTING PASSENGERS (Filipino passengers only):
Register within seventy-two (72) hours prior to your scheduled time of departure from the Philippines.

For your guidance:

1. Visit etravel.gov.ph
2. Select “Philippine passport holder” or Foreign passport holder” according to your nationality
3. Enter the details of your travel and your email address
4. Enter your personal details and sign a health declaration form to complete registration
5. Wait for your QR code to be generated then download and print/save a digital copy.
6. Present your QR code upon check-in prior to your departure or during the BOQ verification upon arrival.

The Bureau of Immigration (BI) will discontinue the use of paper-based arrival and departure cards beginning May 1, 2023.
