🚫🚫BUTUAN CITY
Only essential, work-related travels and indispensable travels are allowed. APORs from national government agencies and their attached agencies must provide their identification card, travel order, and travel itinerary, and must pass symptom-screening at ports of entry and exit. All passengers with travel history outside CARAGA region are required to present the following:

In the event the result of such test cannot be released within twenty-four (24) hours from the time it was taken, Inbound Passenger who commence their travel to the Province within twelve (12) hours from the time their test was taken shall, upon their return to the Province, undergo quarantine at a place determined by the appropriate local health authority until their negative test result is released
Inbound Passenger may opt not to take a COVID-19 RT-PCR test and instead undergo facility-based quarantine for fourteen (14) days upon their return

Fully-vaccinated tourists may bring their unvaccinated minor children below twelve (12) years of age. Accompanying minor children who are twelve (12) to seventeen (17) years old must have at least received their first COVID-19 vaccine dose. Accompanying adult children must be fully-vaccinated

International arriving Filipino passengers who have recently recovered from COVID-19 but still test positive in the (RT-PCR) test may be allowed entry with the following requirements:
Positive RT-PCR test taken within forty-eight hours (48 hrs) prior departure from country/port of origin;
Medical certificate issued by a licensed physician stating that the traveler:
has completed the mandatory isolation period;
is no longer infectious; and
has been allowed free movement/travel
A positive RT-PCR test taken not earlier than ten (10) days but not later than thirty (30) days prior to date/time of departure from country/port of origin.
Facility-based quarantine applicable based on the classification of the country/territory/jurisdiction of origin and the passenger’s vaccination status. However, if fully vaccinated and coming from Green List countries/territories/jurisdictions, they shall undergo facility-based quarantine periods.

Interzonal travel within the entire island of Cebu shall be permitted. All persons shall be allowed to travel to and from the Province of Cebu and the cities of Cebu, Mandaue, and Lapu-Lapu.

Intrazonal and Interzonal movement shall be allowed. However, reasonable restrictions may be imposed by the LGUs, which should not be stricter as those prescribed under higher alert levels and subject to the oversight, monitoring, and evaluation of their respective RIATF.

Barangay Health Pass or other proof to support and justify such travel
Passengers coming from (a) international flight, with an onward domestic flight after completion of the required facility-based quarantine, and (b) domestic flight with an immediate international connecting flight.
