Though their training on local tour guiding and quarterly orientation, the employees are able to improve their services. With the use of their protected area suitability assistance (PASA) tools like questionnaire, they are able to know the overall tourists’ satisfaction of their visit.

"Maintenance of Facilities"
To monitor the sustainability of tourism, the facilities are maintained by cleaning, painting and landscaping. They also do tree planting and regular clean-up drive. The staff made sure that their facilities can relieve the tiredness of the guests after their walks inside the protected area and that they would appreciate the aesthetic value of the trees surrounding them.

"Prevention of Illegal Activities"
The conduct of foot patrol by the park rangers prevents the illegal activities done by some tourists like timber poaching, charcoal making, collecting of guanos inside the cave and wildlife hunting. With this monitoring of activities inside the protected area, safety of both the tourists and the employees are also taken care of.

"Continuous Education and Public Awareness"
By visiting the nearby barangays or those in the vicinity of BPNP, the superintendent and the employees are able to inform and educate the people in the community of the importance of floras and faunas in the protected area. Also with this CEPA activity, conservation of natural resources will be strengthened.

"Solid Waste Management"

By implementing strict rules and guidelines when entering the protected area, the tour guides and the park rangers orient the tourists of the do’s and don’ts before they go on their way to the caves. This is to maintain the cleanliness of the park and preserve nature in its original form.

" Protection and Conservation of Natural Resources"
within the park’s protected area are the main contribution for sustainability. They ensure that the park is well-maintained and cleaned and no garbage can be found anywhere. They also prevent illegal activities by assigning park rangers to go on foot patrol regularly.
