📍 For Cebu Pacific you have to submit 3 copies one copy for the Travel Destination, one for the Travel Origin and one copy for the passenger/Client.

FYI FILIPINO AMERICANS CANNOT TRAVEL TO THE PHILIPPINES USING U.S. PASSPORTS

Warning to Filipino Americans: you cannot travel to the Philippines using a U.S. passport or any foreign passport. We have Filipino clients who were turned away by Philippine Airlines (PAL) because they were using U.S. passports. The Bureau of Immigration (BI) has been ordered not to allow foreign nationals to enter the Philippines, although temporarily until further notice.

Filipino Americans with dual citizenship, must bring with them their Philippine passports to be allowed to fly. If a passenger does not have the Philippine passport, a certified copy of the Oath of Allegiance must be obtained from the Philippine Consulate where the oath was taken. There is a fee of $25 for the certified copy.

American spouses or children travelling with a Filipino American (with dual citizenship) are allowed to travel. This is an important announcement to avoid inconvenience among many Filipino Americans from different states around the U.S., who have travelled to Los Angeles or San Francisco, only to find out they cannot board the plane.

Before you purchase an airline, ticket bound for the Philippines, ask the airlines first for requirements before you confirm your flights.

LOOK: List of airports with LGU clearance to resume commercial flights as of 3 August 2020

As of today, 3 August, there are 32 airports in the country whose Local Government Units (LGUs) have issued orders categorically supporting the resumption* of commercial airport operations in their areas of jurisdiction.

Meanwhile, domestic flights will not be allowed at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) due to the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ). International flights will still be allowed subject to restrictions.

*Some airports, while allowing the resumption of commercial flights, are subject to different documentary and passenger LGU restrictions.

The Government of the United Arab Emirates is requiring all passengers coming from the Philippines to have a negative PCR certificate before they are allowed to board flights flying to the emirates including Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

All affected passengers are strongly advised to get in touch with their respective air carriers to get the details on the implementation of the new regulation.

Passengers without the required negative PCR test certification may not be allowed to check-in for their flights even if they have confirmed bookings.

Good news! The Philippine government has lifted the restrictions on outbound non-essential travel of Filipinos. The memorandum has been published on the Official Gazette (click this link: https://bit.ly/IATFReso52) and will be effective starting July 22.

Filipinos who wish to travel abroad shall be subject to the following conditions:
✅ Submission of confirmed round-trip tickets for those traveling on tourist visas
✅ Travel health insurance to cover rebooking and accommodation expenses, should they end up stranded abroad.
✅ They are allowed to enter their destination country, in accordance with their travel, health, and quarantine restrictions.
✅ Ex*****on of a “declaration” acknowledging the risks involved in traveling.

mag register online sa https://e-cif.redcross.org.ph o i-scan ang QR code. Huwag kalimutang i-upload rin ang picture ng bio-page ng inyong passport.

STEP 2: CONFIRMATION E-MAIL AT QR CODE
makakatanggap kayo ng confirmation e-mail at QR code. I-save sa inyong telepono o i-print ang QR code.

STEP 3: BRIEFING
pagdating ninyo sa airport ng Pilipinas, magkakaroon po ng briefing para sa simpleng prosessong daraanan.

STEP 4: VERIFICATION AT BARCODING
pumunta sa Verification Counter at ipakita ang inyong QR code. Kayo ay bibigyan ng anim (6) na barcode stickers. Idikit ang isa sa inyong passport.

STEP 5: SWAB TESTING
kayo ay papupuntahin sa isang Testing Booth para ma-swab. Ibigay ang natitirang limang (5) barcode stickers sa swabber.

STEP 6: IMMIGRATION
Dumiretso na sa immigration counter at ipakita ang passport pati ang barcode sticker.

STEP 7: QUARINTINE FACILITY ASSIGNMENT
